24-JOLT GUM INSTANT WIN GAME

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE CHANCES OF WINNING. Open and offered only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older as of 1/15/2007. Employees and directors of GumRunners, LLC, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment Co. (“Administrator”), and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, web masters and suppliers (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members and individuals residing in their same household) are not eligible to participate. Void in AK, HI, and where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Game. Game begins 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 1/15/2007 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 7/31/2007 (“Promotion Period”). Game pieces will be available on specially-marked packages of Jolt gum until 7/31/2007, or while supplies last (whichever occurs first).

2. TO PLAY: Find an official game code (“Game Code”) inside specially-marked packages of Jolt gum (while supplies last) during the Promotion Period. To enter your Game Code, visit www.joltgum.com during the Promotion Period and follow the on-screen instructions. Sponsor’s computer will be the official time clock for the Game. Limit one entry per Game Code. Once you have entered your code, a message will instantly appear on your screen. If you receive any of the following messages:

  1. The Grand Prize winning message: “You Win a Trip for Two to Los Angeles, CA to visit Fox Studios,” or
  2. A First Prize winning message: “You Win a DVD Box-Set of 24, Seasons 1-5,” or
  3. A Second Prize winning message: “You Win a FREE 12-piece pack of Jolt Gum,”

you are a winner of the stated prize (subject to verification). If you receive an instant message that reads “Sorry, you have not won,” or any other message not specifically listed above, you have not won a prize.

3. TO PLAY WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE, hand print your name, birth date (dd/mm/yyyy), complete address (no P.O. Boxes) with zip code, phone number with area code on a 3” x 5” piece of paper, hand address and mail in an business-size #10 envelope to: 24-Jolt Gum Instant Win Game, P.O. Box 1180, Grand Rapids, MN 55744-1180. Only winners will be notified. Enter as many times as you want, but each mail-in entry must be mailed separately and must be received by 8/7/2006. Incomplete, illegible, damaged, incorrectly addressed, late, lost, misdirected, or postage due entries are ineligible.

4. PRIZE CLAIMS:

TO CLAIM THE GRAND PRIZE OR A FIRST PRIZE: To claim the Grand Prize or a First Prize, photocopy your original game piece for your records, and mail the entire original game piece with the winning Game Code, along with a 3” x 5” card with your full name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth, and daytime phone number neatly printed in ink, to: “24 Powered By Jolt Gum” Prize Claims, P.O. Box 1182-G, Grand Rapids, MN 55744-1182. Send the Grand Prize claim via certified mail, return receipt requested. The Grand Prize claim must be received by 8/10/2007, or prize will be forfeited. No facsimiles, copies or reproductions accepted. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

TO CLAIM A SECOND PRIZE: To claim a Second Prize, immediately upon receiving your winning instant message as set forth in Rule #2 above, an online redemption form will instantly follow the winning message. Complete the online redemption form by entering your full name, complete address, birth date, daytime phone number, and email address and click the “submit” button. Upon receipt, Sponsor will send winner a confirmation email and will mail the prize to winner by 8/24/07. All online prize claims must be submitted by 8/10/2007, or prize will be forfeited.

All prize claims subject to verification by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Game. Prizes cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value, should any prize become unavailable. Sponsor is not responsible for prize claims that are late, lost, stolen, damaged, mutilated, separated, incomplete, illegible, postage due, interrupted, misdirected, or for any technical or transmission failures or interruptions.

5. PRIZES/ODDS/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED): One (1) Grand Prize: A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA to the Fox Studios. Trip includes: round-trip coach airfare for two (2) people from airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA; rental car; 3-nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); $500 spending money, and passes for two (2) to a Fox Studios set tour. ARV: $3,950.00 (Actual retail value may vary depending on the point of departure. Any difference between the actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded). Odds: 1:600,000. All travel-related expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to gratuities and incidental hotel expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner. Prize must be used on dates specified by Sponsor. Fox reserves the right to substitute the tour of the Fox production facility in Los Angeles, California, with a prize of equivalent value, as determined by Fox in its discretion, if circumstances so require. (24) First Prizes: A DVD Box-Set of 24, Seasons 1-5. ARV: $330.00 each. Odds 1:25,000. (1,024) Second Prizes: Coupon for a FREE 12-count package of Jolt gum. ARV: $1.59 each. Odds 1:585.94. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of each prize. Total ARV of all prizes is $13,498.00.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, Administrator, and their respective agencies are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software or other technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information regardless of cause. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. Entry material that has been tampered with or altered is void.

Game pieces and Game Codes are void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied, forged, counterfeited, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if game materials contain or are the result of printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical or other errors, or do not contain proper security devices. Sole liability for an irregular game piece/Game Code is limited to replacement with a free randomly selected official game piece/Game Code while supplies last. All submitted materials become property of Sponsor, and will not be returned. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that a production, seeding, printing or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes, as set forth in these Official Rules, to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by random drawing among all legitimate eligible prize claimants.

Potential instant Grand Prize winner (or winner’s parent/legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence) is required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and Publicity Release (where legal) within 7 days of notification. Non-compliance with this requirement, or if prize/prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. If Grand Prize winner is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence, prize will be awarded ot his/her parent/legal guardian who must accompany minor on the trip. Grand Prize winner’s guest (or his/her parent/legal guardian, if applicable) must execute a Release of Liability/Publicity Release prior to prize award. If a minor is selected as a guest, he/she must be accompanied by his or her parent/legal guardian. All travelers must travel on the same itinerary and must possess required travel documents (i.e. photo i.d., etc.) prior to departure. Travel must be completed on the dates specified by Sponsor, which are subject to change, or prize will be forfeited. Taxes on prizes are solely the winner’s responsibility. The Game is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participants (or his/her parent/legal guardian, if applicable), by participating in this Game, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, Administrator, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, licensors, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death, and /or property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or their participation in this Game, or any prize-related activity. By participating in this Game, participants (or his/her parent/legal guardian, if applicable) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winners (or his/her parent/legal guardian, if applicable) agree that Sponsor and its related and affiliated companies may use the winner’s name, address (city, state), photograph, videotape, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to winner relating to Sponsor, its related and affiliated companies or to this Game and grants to Sponsor and its related and affiliated companies any and all rights to said use without further notice and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.

ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
