We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase, along with the packing list, within 14 days from the date of purchase, for a full exchange or refund of the merchandise price. Delivery charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.  If we provided free shipping on your order, we must deduct the cost of the shipping from the refund.  T-shirts and apparel are returnable/exchangeable if they are still in new condition. If we ship your purchase and the package is returned to us because you are unavailable to receive it, we will either refund your purchase minus the cost of shipping or we can reship it to you for an additional shipping charge.

We use a secure server software (SSL) to keep all your information absolutely secure and confidential. We use 128 bit encryption which is considered in highbrow computer lingo.... "pretty darn safe." Your credit card information is processed through Authorize.net, one of the biggest and most secure payment gateways.     

We will NOT share your information with anyone outside of GumRunners or Wet Planet Beverages (Jolt). EVER. We will NEVER sell, share, trade or in any other way release your information.

We’re so serious about this, that we will not even retain your credit card information after we’ve processed your order. So, if you want to order again in the future, you’ll need to re-enter your information.Our site uses cookies (tiny bits of information placed on your computer – usually kept in a file called “cookies”) to maintain shopping cart information, and to provide and track the effectiveness of special promotions and offers. If your cookies are turned off, the shopping process may not work properly. We request customer information (billing, shipping and email address) as well as financial information (account or credit card numbers) only for the purposes of processing and shipping orders and announcing company news/promotions to our customers.
